Concerned about Your Order’s Status?
It usually takes us 3-7 days to process an order -- unless powdering is involved and that can add on a few days to the process, and Priority Mail takes an additional 4-6 days or Express Mail takes 2-4 days to deliver. For International orders contact us to confirm your country’s custom regulations allow importing Chinese herbs, normally custom approval can add on a week or more to the delivery process. If you supplied an email address when placing your order, we will send an email to let you know when the order has been shipped, and we will supply a tracking # that you can use (by going to www.usps.com).
