Return Policy

Refunds must be received back at seaofchi.com within 30 days of original purchase.

Any raw herbs purchased by the pound or catty, as long as the package is unopened and undamaged can be returned, and all unopened/undamaged patent formulas can be returned for a full refund, replacement, or credit. However, raw herb formulas/prescriptions are prepared uniquely for each order (at the time of purchase to insure they contain only the freshest herbs), and all raw herb prescriptions/formulas are perishable and are non-refundable. The shipping fee cannot be refunded.
Note Regarding Powdered Herbs: All powdered herbs are powdered from fresh raw Chinese herbs specifically for those customers requesting powdered herb. We do on rare occassion have large orders for powdered herbs powdered at an outisde lab. Once the actual powdering takes place, the product can not be resold to another customer. Therefore, powdered herbs are not refundable -- if you decide to order powdered herbs, please be aware that your order can not be cancelled.
