This "one of a kind" Eight-Step Praying Mantis jow was created by "Thunder Hands" most respectfully known as Grandmaster Wei Hsiao Tang (Taiwan), a disciple of Fong Hua Yi the 3rd generation Grandmaster of the Eight-Step Praying Mantis Kung Fu System, which is a unique branch of Northern Praying Mantis that emphasizes the style and incorporates techniques from (Mei Hua) Plum Flower Praying Mantis with internal principles from Ba Gua, Hsing Yi and Tong Bei. The jow is a very powerful containing many rare and precious herbal ingredients that include she xiang, lu jiao jiao, zi ran tong, chuan wu, potent animal bones, wu jia pi, etc. Apply the prepared jow to the hands, arms, legs and feet. This dit da jow should be applied before and after each workout. Allow the jow to fully penetrate and remain on the body for 30 minutes prior to washing it off. Continued use of this formula will toughen the skin; strengthen the bones, and increases circulation of Blood and Chi. This Eight-Step Praying Mantis Jow formula is a highly effective combination of herbal ingredients designed for iron palm and martial arts training. It contains herbs famous for their ability to strengthen the tendons, ligaments, bones and sinews and it will relieve pain and swelling.
