何氏家族 先進的手部調理

The Ho Chun's Advanced Hand Conditioning formula is a powerful iron palm liniment and is recommended for use by Iron Palmists who have reached the training level of Third Level (Steel).  This Ho family formula was developed many years ago and has become extremely popular among internal martial artists, such as Ba Gua practitioners. This highly regarded prescription is based on the famous Shaolin Die Da Shen Lian Fan (Tiger Exits the Forest) jow formula and contains pit viper as well as deer tendon, hai long, tao ren, pig bone, san chi, she tui, etc.  Note to those who prefer to receive this jow powdered: Some of the herbal ingredients are extremely hard to grind into powder.  We will attempt to powder all the ingredients; however, if we are unable to completely powder the formula we will send the harder ingredients in their raw form. This dit da jow formula should be prepared into a liniment (jow). We will provide complete step-by-step processing instructions when your order is fulfilled. Apply the prepared jow to the hands, arms, legs and feet. This dit da jow should be applied before and after each workout.  Allow the jow to fully penetrate and remain on the body for 30 minutes prior to washing it off. Continued use of this formula will toughen the skin; strengthen the bones, and increases circulation of Blood and Chi. This Ho Chun's Advanced Hand Conditioning formula is a highly effective combination of herbal ingredients designed for iron palm and martial arts training. It contains herbs famous for their ability to strengthen the tendons, ligaments, bones and sinews and it will relieve pain and swelling.

Making your own jow is a simple process, just add the herbal kit (pour the herbs) into a large glass container and then mix in your choice in alcohol type (traditionally Chinese rice wine is used or sake, but you may also use vodka, brandy or gin). Secure the lid and set the bottle in a cool, dark place – completely free of sunlight. Allow to sit (age) for a minimum of 3 months – 365 days is preferred. The longer you age it the better the jow! One and two gallon glass jars with a lid are readily available on the internet; let us know if you need a link to an online retailer. If you have questions, give us a call.

This formula is for external application only—do not use internally!

Note: Our hand-conditioning formulas come in two different forms, ready-to-use (already prepared and aged) or those that you must prepare into a jow. If you wish to make the jow yourself this is the page you want, however, to gain access to the premade dit da jows click to this page: premade-jows-316
