The Taoist tradition of using Chinese herbs as an adjunct to dietary practices, meditation and internal exercises, to maintain health and live exceptionally long lives has been written about in both ancient and modern texts. Out of the Taoist tradition of herbal use, certain Chinese herbal formulas have stood the test of time, and due to their proven efficacy have become legendary. One such Taoist longevity prescriptions is the Two Immortals Wine (Jiu).
By many ancient Taoist this premier longevity formula was often referred to as Gui Lu Er Xian Jiao, today it is more commonly known as “Two Immortals.” It was originally developed for use by the Imperial household, and truly represents the power of Taoist elixirs. Whenever we are asked to suggest a premier Taoist formula for improving overall health, this legendary elixir is given our highest recommendation.
The main ingredients in this potent formula are Gui Ban (tortoise) and Lu Rong (deer antler) which according to Taoist teaching are symbols of longevity and vitality. The formula also contains a potent hit of Ren Shen (ginseng). The combination of these ingredients produces a formula that powerfully invigorates the Jing, Chi, blood, and bone marrow, which is critical for maintaining strength, extending life, and prolonging the onset of diseases associated with aging (such as: brittle bones, sexual decline, diminished strength and vitality).
Traditionally this raw herb formula is prepared into a medicinal wine; however, if consuming alcohol is an issue, then we suggest you powder the herbs and make capsules, pills, or add the powder to juice or a smoothie. If you wish us to powder this formula for you, please check the appropriate box at check-out and there will be a $10.00 powdering fee applied.
We will provide complete step-by-step processing and daily dosage instructions when your order is fulfilled.
