Muscle & Tendon Sprains or Ligament Pulls

Read a few customer comments:

  • Ann Marie, says… I wanted to let you know that after taking two full days of the formula I woke up this morning with much less bone pain. Thank you again!
  • Josh Gray says… Through my study of traditional Chinese martial arts I became acquainted with traditional Chinese healing, especially the use of herbs and dit da jow. I came across Thomas Joiners book the Warrior as Healer, this book had the answers I’d been looking for - formulas for healing injuries, increasing strength and stamina, and to help calm the mind for qi gong. TFSOC has provided a service to my martial arts training and health in general. A recent injury serves as an example: while training I dislocated my elbow, within a couple weeks and to the surprise of doctors and therapists I had regained full range of motion and strength. Besides having youth on my side, I believe part of my speedy recovery is in debt to Chinese herbs, namely the Shaolin Shuang Jin Xue Gu Dan formula. Thanks TFSOC for providing a quality mail order Chinese herbal service!

Chinese herbs will heal that strained ligament and provide long-term injury prevention

治愈韧带损伤并提供长期损伤预防

A sprain is the tearing or stretching of a ligament, causing painful swelling of the joint.  It is a relatively common injury most often incurred during sports or athletic activities.  Treatment normally consists of applying an ice pack to reduce swelling, then wrapping the injury with a compression bandage, and resting the affected joint for several days.  In extremely severe cases involving torn ligaments, surgical repair may be necessary. As such a high number of injuries involve sprained, strained, pulled, twisted, or torn ligaments/ tendons. In an attempt to avoid injury we highly recommend that you consider increasing the amount of stretching-time prior to working out, to strengthen and develop the body’s supportive structures – ligaments and tendons – to avoid strained and torn ligaments. However, once an injury has occurred we offer you several herbal supplements that can be used internally to heal as well as to develop and strengthen the ligament and tendon. The Chinese herbal formulas shown below are used for sprains and have been proven effective through their long history of use for treating injuries incurred in the performance of Chinese martial arts. The healing time for a ligament or tendon strain can take 4-6 weeks; our formulas are noted for their ability to decrease the healing time necessary and get you back to your normal activities.  A caution: sometimes healing may appear on the surface level to be complete, to be sure you have totally healed the injury we recommend using our formulas for a minimum of 60-days to complete the cure. Long-term use is recommended.
