Aka: Seven Thousandths of a Teal Powder
Martial artists know well that in order to excel they must spend an equal amount of time developing strength and flexibility. The body of the Karateka and Kung Fu practitioner must be flexible. Such suppleness can be acquired through a program of prescribed stretching exercises. Unfortunately, one of the features of rigorous flexibility training is the occasional sprained or torn ligament.
Qi li San is renowned for its ability to reduce the healing time for torn or damaged ligaments. It will invigorate the blood, promote the movement of Chi, and reduces swelling and pain.
This prescription can be used in the raw form to make a decoction or medicinal wine, or it may be powdered and used to make pills/capsules or simply added to a smoothie or juice.
