Chinese herbs that heal strained ligaments and injury prevention
A sprain is the tearing or stretching of a ligament, causing painful swelling of the joint. It is a relatively common injury most often incurred during sports or athletic activities. Treatment normally consists of applying an ice pack to reduce swelling, then wrapping the injury with a compression bandage, and resting the affected joint for several days. In extremely severe cases involving torn ligaments, surgical repair may be necessary.
As such a high number of injuries involve sprained, strained, pulled, twisted, or torn ligaments/ tendons. In an attempt to avoid injury we highly recommend that you consider increasing the amount of stretching-time prior to working out, to strengthen and develop the body’s supportive structures – ligaments and tendons – to avoid strained and torn ligaments.
However, once an injury has occurred we offer you several herbal supplements that can be used internally to heal as well as to develop and strengthen the ligament and tendon.

The healing time for a ligament or tendon strain can take 4-6 weeks; our formulas are noted for their ability to decrease the healing time necessary and get you back to your normal activities. A caution: sometimes healing may appear on the surface level to be complete, to be sure you have totally healed the injury we recommend using our formulas for a minimum of 60-days to complete the cure.
