mentioned in the Warrior as Healer, which are a step-by-step
treatment plan that extends over a one+ year period to toughen
the body’s striking surfaces. To reach optimum results,
it is imperative that these formulas be used in the order
indicated and for the time frame specified.

SOU YI – MINISTERIAL FORMULA
NUMBER ONE
This
is an all-purpose hot liniment to be used in the initial stage
of training to condition the fists, forearms, shins, etc.
Use this formula first, for a minimum of 6-12 months.

This
second Ministerial formula should be used no longer than 90
days! Limit application to the hands, avoid use on the other
